Infusion medications to be filled and refilled are compounded using aseptic technique in an ISO Level 5 clean room environment to ensure safe and effective

Patients can communicate infusion needs with doctors, nurses, or social workers to let them know you’d like to obtain services by Vital Care of Fayetteville.
Patients can also inquire directly for infusion services by contacting us to start working with your provider to plan and initiate treatment. We coordinate care throughout treatment with frequent communication to the patient and the healthcare team.

Vital Care of Fayetteville hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any calls after normal business hours will be forwarded to an on-call pharmacy staff.
Fayetteville Vital Care monitors of the number of doses patients have at home and calls a few days in advance of the last dose.
Some medications may require twice per week deliveries. If something happens to a medication and a dose must be discarded, patients are asked to notify the pharmacy immediately. We ask all patients to rotate inventory to use the older medication first to ensure no medication is wasted. Patients should always check the expiration dates on each prescription prior to infusing.
